titleOfInvention Method for screening monoclonal antibody against hapten
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a screening method for a monoclonal antibody having an increased probability of producing an antibody against the hapten by using the hapten bound to a carrier protein as an immunogen. [Structure] In a method for producing a monoclonal antibody specific to a low molecular weight compound, when screening a hybridoma producing the antibody, 1) a conjugate of the low molecular weight compound used as an immunogen as an antigen and a carrier protein, 2 ) A method for screening a monoclonal antibody, characterized in that a substance other than a carrier protein is used for blocking, and 3) a carrier protein is used as a diluted solution of a test solution.
