abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Structure] The anisotropic conductive adhesive of the present invention comprises at least two substrates each having an electrical connection portion on each surface thereof, wherein conductive metal particles are contained in an insulating adhesive component. By disposing the adhesive so that the electrical connection portions face each other through thermo-compression bonding, the electrical connection portions of the respective substrates are electrically connected only in the pressing direction. This is a directional conductive adhesive, and an insulating layer covering 0.1 to 99.9% of the surface area of the conductive metal particles is formed on the surface of the conductive metal particles. [Effect] By using the adhesive of the present invention, a short circuit is unlikely to occur even when used in a harsh environment. |
