abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has high fluidity even with a toner having a small particle size, and has a high charging rising speed and a high charging property. An object is to provide an electrophotographic toner having stable properties. According to the present invention, in an electrophotographic toner comprising toner particles containing at least a fixing resin and a charge control agent and hydrophobic silica fine particles, the volume average particle diameter of the toner particles is 8 μm or less, and the charge control is performed.
