abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] The two agents can be stored separately and ensure that they are mixed at the start of use. [Structure] A bottle body 1 filled with a liquid first agent and a one-way cap 12 screwed into the mouth portion, and a second agent in a form in which a top and bottom are sealed with a thin film, and the second agent is housed in the mouth portion of the bottle body. The tubular small container, the injection member 3 including the cap 31 screwed into the mouth of the bottle body 1 and the extraction pipe 32 for sucking up the content liquid in the bottle body 1, and the tubular small container are penetrated. The piercing tool 4 having a size and a through hole 42 through which the extraction tube 32 can be inserted is combined with the piercing tool 4. Bottle body 1 to one-way cap 12 After removing, the thin film of the cylindrical small container is pierced by the piercing tool 4 so that the second agent therein is put into the first agent in the bottle body 1 and mixed.
