abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] Extruder is a raw material mixture prepared by extruding 100 parts by weight of an olefin resin and 3 to 5 parts by weight of tris (tribromoneopentyl) phosphate at a temperature of 181 ° C or more to uniformly mix them. Then, the foaming agent is press-fitted from the barrel of the extruder and extruded as a foam. [Effect] Tris (tribromoneopentyl) phosphate is extruded at a temperature of 181 ° C. or higher, which is the melting point, and uniformly mixed, so that good mixing is possible. A good flame-retardant olefin-based resin foam can be produced because a foam is produced by using these well-mixed raw materials. The physical properties and flame retardancy are further improved by adding a flame retardant aid such as a crosslinking agent or antimony trioxide or molybdenum oxide. |
