abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Purpose] To provide a method for producing suspended lipid particles, which is capable of mass-producing, is efficient, and has a high yield, and can make the suspended lipid particles fine and uniform. [Structure] A porous support plate having a diameter parallel to the thickness direction or a through hole that opens in a mortar shape on the one main surface side, and a fine mesh structure arranged on one main surface of the porous support plate. A filter unit comprising a membrane filter provided with a flow channel is arranged, and a suspension containing lipid particles is applied from the side of the membrane filter under a pressure of 8 kgf / cm 2 or more to form a fine mesh of the membrane filter. It is characterized in that the lipid particles contained in the suspension are made fine and uniform by passing through the flow path of the structure and the through holes of the porous support plate (forced passage through the filter unit). In addition, a pressure-resistant support having a liquid flow groove extending in a radial direction on one main surface and a liquid flow groove concentrically formed so as to intersect with the liquid flow groove extended. A configuration using a plate may be adopted.
