abstract |
(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Multi-layer plastic products and their manufacturing that minimize discontinuity of materials and do not impair the strength of light-transmissive windows even when transparent windows are formed in multi-layer plastic containers. To provide a multi-layer coextrusion die head that can be used for. [Structure] A wall of a plastic product is formed by laminating a layer of a colored resin and a layer of a translucent resin over almost the entire wall, and a translucent window 3 is formed in a part thereof. The wall structure of the translucent window 3 is formed by omitting the colored resin layer and allowing a translucent resin layer or an adhesive layer to enter into this portion. Therefore, all the structural materials of the container wall are not discontinuous between the portion of the transparent window 3 and the other portion, and at least one transparent layer is continuous, so that the transparent window 3 is formed. This does not cause the strength of the wall to decrease. |
