titleOfInvention | Corrosion resistant cathodic electrocoating composition |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention clarifies a combination of various metal species that exhibits high rust prevention properties, and provides a cathodic electrocoating composition using the same. The present invention has an average molecular weight of 500 to 2 dilutable with water using an acid having both an amino group and a hydroxyl group. 40-95% by weight of a film-forming resin of 0000, and (B) a blocked polyisocyanate crosslinking agent 5-60 % Of standard redox potential (C) and standard redox potential of 0.15 to 2.0 V (D). The present invention provides a cathodic electrocoating composition having excellent corrosion resistance, which contains 0.01 to 2.0% by weight of each of the above metal ion concentrations. |
