(57) [Summary] [Purpose] The present invention relates to a method for recovering carbon dioxide from an alkaline solution in which carbon dioxide is dissolved. [Structure] An alkaline liquid in which carbon dioxide gas is dissolved is added with a non-volatile acid as necessary to separate and collect a part of the carbon dioxide gas, or until that time, if necessary, a cation exchange membrane.
