(57) [Summary] [Purpose] A polyurethane-reactant base material that can be stored as a one-component frozen premix material for a minimum of 3 months, and when thawed can be applied with a spatula or trowel to form a sag-free fillet. An adhesive and a sealant are provided. [Structure] The one-component frozen premix material of the present invention is (A) about 60 vol% or less of at least one filler; (B) Approximately 0.5 to 5 wt% thixotropic agent consisting of hydrophobic fused silica; (c) Remainder of urethane matrix. The urethane matrix comprises at least one carbon-carbon double bond in the skeleton and has less than 20 wt% ether and ester groups, at least one polyol, at least a stoichiometric amount of at least one poly with respect to the polyol.
