abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a flaw detection device and flaw detection system for a double pipe structure capable of performing a flaw detection test on the inner pipe welded portion of the double pipe structure from the gap between the inner pipe and the outer pipe. [Structure] The rotating ring 7 is rotated by the rotating motor 9 Bending / extending arm 1 including T head 15 and observation head 18 4 also rotates in the narrow space 4. Further, the PT head and the observation head 18 move up and down by driving the up-and-down movement motor 33. This positions the PT head and the observation head 18 at arbitrary positions. Then, the penetrating liquid, the cleaning liquid, the developing liquid, and the warm air sent from the pressure feeding header 17 are transferred from the PT nozzle 24 provided in the PT head 15 to the rear surface 3 of the welded portion. An image signal of the back surface 3A of the welded portion taken by the small camera 26 of the observation head 18 is received by the observation device 21 via the camera cable 20 and observed.
