titleOfInvention Continuous production method for siding board by vacuum foam molding
abstract (57) [Summary] (Correction) [Purpose] High quality siding board can be manufactured continuously in a short time at low cost efficiently and with extremely high productivity. [Structure] A siding material 1 having a required width which is continuously fed is molded into a predetermined shape, and an inorganic material is added to a synthetic resin foam material on the back side of the siding material molded into the predetermined shape. The sheet-shaped material 8 which is mixed and supplied, and is continuously sent out is fixed and fixed to the mixed material side of the synthetic resin foam material and the inorganic material, and the siding material 1 to which the mixed material 6 is supplied and the sheet-shaped material. Both the material 8 and the material 8 are sent to a decompression region of a required temperature, and the mixture material 6 is foamed in this decompression region, whereby the mixture material 6 is foamed and hardened in the space between the back surface of the siding material and the back surface of the sheet-shaped material. It was made to fill.
