An exercise apparatus for body tightening and leaning. The generator is housed in a pocket contained in the belt, and the electrode is provided by a lead wire whose length is not less than the maximum of a variable adjustment range allowed by the electrode with respect to the longitudinal area of the belt. It is made up by winding.
