titleOfInvention Bone implant manufacturing method
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] An object of the present invention is to provide a novel method capable of efficiently producing a bone implant having a hollow portion in a closed state. [Structure] A state in which a separable filling mold made of a porous material is filled with a compound in which a raw material powder and a resin binder are mixed, a gate port of the filling mold is sealed, and the filling mold is housed in a cylindrical holder. By rotating and rocking with The filling type porous material is made to absorb and remove a considerable amount of the resin binder in the compound. As a result, an implant molding having a closed hollow portion is obtained. After that, the filling mold is divided, the implant molding is taken out of the filling mold, and the implant-sintered body is obtained by debinding and sintering at a predetermined temperature.
