[Structure] One kind of amino acid residue selected from leucine, isoleucine, valine, phenylalanine and alanine is bonded to C-terminal proline, and then one or two A method for producing a peptide having a prolinamide at the C terminus by using a peptide having at least one amino acid residue bound as a substrate and allowing carboxypeptidase Y to act in the presence of ammonia.
