(57) [Summary] [Structure] BME-69 belonging to the genus Acetobacterium Variant strain BME-69-7 or BME-69-23 They were cultured in a medium containing carbon tetrachloride, producing method of vitamin B 12 for collecting vitamin B 12 from the culture. [Effect] These mutants are excellent in vitamin B 12 productivity and are industrially effective methods for producing vitamin B 12 . |
