abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] Higher fatty acids having 8 to 54 carbon atoms (component A) 2 50% by weight, 0.5 to 25% by weight of a C6-24 amine in which the neutralization reaction product with the component A is oil-soluble, 2 to 50% by weight of a water-soluble amine and 200 to 100,000 of a molecular weight are water-soluble. A water-soluble oil composition comprising 2 to 95% by weight of a polyalkylene glycol derivative. A water-soluble oil agent obtained by dispersing this composition in an aqueous medium. [Effect] Since it is a water-soluble oil that can exhibit excellent rust prevention and machinability and does not contain sulfur-based or chlorine-based additives, it can be used in various machining fields, especially cutting oils. It is useful as a grinding fluid. It is also excellent in improving the working environment and preventing environmental pollution during waste liquid treatment. |
