(57) [Summary] [Objective] Separation of isomers from a mixture of benzene tri-substituted isomers with high selectivity. [Composition] A mixture of benzene tri-substituted isomers, α-, β -Or γ-cyclodextrin by contacting a substituted cyclodextrin in which hydrogen of at least one hydroxyl group is substituted with a specific substituent such as a glucosyl group or a maltosyl group, thereby forming the isomer inclusion complex of the substituted cyclodextrin. Is selectively formed, and then the inclusion complex is desorbed from the inclusion complex by solvent extraction or by liquid separation or solvent extraction after heating / dissociation. |
