abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Objective] To provide an epoxy resin laminate having excellent heat resistance and water resistance and having a low linear expansion coefficient. [Structure] General formula (I): An epoxy resin containing 30 to 70% by weight of dicyclopentadiene epoxy novolac resin (wherein R is H, C1 to 3 alkyl group or halogen group, and n is 0 to 10) and 70 to 30% by weight of halogenated bisphenol compound. A laminated board obtained by impregnating a base material with a composition and drying a predetermined number of prepregs, and press-molding the prepreg. The epoxy cured product in the laminate (a) has a linear expansion coefficient of 20 ° C. to 80 ° C. 60 ppm / ° C or lower; (b) Glass transition point is 150 ° C or higher; (c) Bromine content is 15 to 30% by weight.
