To provide a cosmetic composition which has good properties and oil resistance, is excellent in the effect of preventing makeup deterioration due to sebum and the like (makeup lasting), has good spreadability on the skin, and is excellent in feeling in use, particularly smoothness. [Structure] The water-repellent / oil-repellent cosmetic powder of the present invention is obtained by surface-treating a pigment composed of an alkylphosphoric acid polyvalent metal salt with a fluorine compound. |
