A method of manufacturing a seat cushion, comprising a cushion pad material, wherein a seat occupant's hips are supported by the pad material, wherein at least a seating portion of the seat occupant of the pad material is shape memory urethane An external force is applied to the seating surface of the seating portion molded by the molding die at a temperature equal to or higher than a predetermined shape recovery temperature of the shape memory urethane to deform the seating surface into an arbitrary shape. A method for manufacturing a seat cushion, wherein a temperature is set lower than the shape recovery temperature so that the seating surface has the arbitrary shape. |
