Gene product manufacturing method |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Objective] An object is to provide a method for producing a gene product in vitro. [Structure] The method comprises the following steps: (a) 1) a gene encoding a eukaryotic translation inhibitor of eukaryotic translation factor (ETF), 2) at least one internal ribosomal entry site (IRES) and 3) at least one gene encoding the polypeptide to be produced are collectively provided with one or more recombinant nucleotide vectors enabling transfection of eukaryotic cells. ; (b) transfecting a eukaryotic cell culture with the above vector; (c) maintaining the cell culture of the transfected cell under conditions suitable for promoting cell activity; and (d) Recovering the desired gene product from the cultured cells. |
