titleOfInvention | Highly conductive polymer molded body manufacturing method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a transparent or non-black conductive polymer molded article which has long-lasting conductivity and is not affected by environmental changes such as temperature and humidity. [Structure] One or more compounds (monomers) selected from a heterocyclic compound and an aniline compound are impregnated into the surface of the insulating polymer molding (base material) and the vicinity of the surface of the base material. Solution containing oxidizing agent (oxidizing solution) In a method for producing a conductive polymer molded article, characterized in that the monomer is polymerized on the surface of the substrate and inside the vicinity of the surface, by using a mixture of two or more solvents as the solvent used in the oxidizing solution. A method for producing a high-conductivity polymer molding, which comprises polymerizing a monomer by controlling an oxidation potential of an oxidizing solution. |
