(57) [Summary] [Purpose] A discharge nozzle without blockage is provided between the discharge port and the rotary valve to enable smooth discharge of powder in the mixing device. [Structure] An upright thin disk-shaped casing, a rotating blade that swirls in the casing, a powder supply port provided at the top of the casing, a powder discharge port provided at the bottom of the casing, and a discharge port. A mixing device for radioactive powder, comprising a rotary valve provided below an outlet, wherein the discharge nozzle has an enlarged cross section of the outlet with respect to the cross section of the flow path inlet between the discharge port and the rotary valve.
