abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a beverage supply device capable of reliably preparing a beverage by preventing supercooling of cooling water. [Structure] Beverage syrup tank 8 and syrup cooling pipe 1 0, the cooling water in the cooling water tank 7 in which the water cooling pipe 11 and the like are arranged is cooled by the cooler 13 which is a part of the cooling device, and the temperature of this cooling water is detected by the temperature detecting means 15. When the control unit determines that the temperature of the cooling water is less than 0 degrees and the predetermined time has elapsed based on the temperature information by the temperature detecting unit 15, the operation of the cooling device is temporarily stopped and the cooling water is in a supercooled state. This is warned by the warning means, and when it is determined that the cooling water temperature has reached 0 degrees or higher, the operation of the cooling device is restarted. |
