abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The object of the present invention is to firmly adhere an abrasive as described above, and to prevent peeling even by heating or pressurizing in the presence of an acid / alkaline polishing abrasive grain liquid. An object of the present invention is to provide a double-sided adhesive tape which has an adhesive layer and can be easily re-peeled from the surface plate of the polishing machine after use. [Structure] A nitrile rubber-based adhesive layer having strong adhesion capable of preventing peeling from an abrasive is provided on one side of a plastic film as a support, and a re-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on the other side. It is a double-sided adhesive tape characterized by that. At the time of use, the nitrile rubber-based adhesive layer is adhered to the abrasive material by press or roll lamination at room temperature or heat activation. |
