abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To prevent the caster angle and caster trail from being significantly reduced when the wheel receives a force that is directed rearward from the road surface. [Arrangement] An upper arm 14 pivotally attached to a wheel carrier at an outer end and pivotally supported on a vehicle body at an inner end via a rubber bush. A lower arm 16 pivotally attached to the vehicle body through a pair of rubber bushes at two inner ends that are pivotally attached to the wheel carrier at the outer end and are spaced apart in the front and rear, and a lower arm that is pivotally attached to the upper arm at the upper end. And a connecting link 44 pivotally attached to the lower arm. The connecting link extends so as to incline at least in the vehicle front-rear direction, and when the lower arm is displaced rearward, the displacement is transmitted to the upper arm. |
