abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] The heat-sensitive recording material of the present invention utilizes a color reaction between a colorless or light-colored electron-donating color-forming agent and an electron-accepting color-developing agent which can be colored by contact with the color-forming agent. In the heat-sensitive recording material, at least one of the fluorane compounds represented by the following general formula (I) is used as an electron-donating color developing agent, and 4-hydroxy-4′-iso is used as an electron-accepting color developing agent. Propoxydiphenyl sulfone is used. [Chemical 1] (In the formula, R 1 and R 2 represent an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms.) [Effect] The heat-sensitive recording material of the present invention has various properties such as the whiteness of the background and the storage stability and the storage stability of the image. Is excellent.
