abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] The liquid filling material (A) and the liquid energy ray-curable resin (B) are continuously formed under the condition that the liquid filling material (A) forms a multi-layered spherical droplet. After extruding into a spherical drop, A method for producing a filled capsule, which comprises irradiating a spherical droplet with an energy ray to cure the liquid energy ray-curable resin (B) in the surface layer. [Effect] According to the present invention, the liquid filling substance (A) to be contained is a liquid useful substance, a liquid in which the useful substance is uniformly dissolved in a liquid agent, an emulsion, a suspension, a slurry of the useful substance and the liquid agent, at room temperature. Even if it is an individual, any one that is liquefied by heating can be used, and a method for easily producing a filled capsule having excellent strength can be provided. |
