abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a volume measuring device based on the gas volume method, which takes a short time to stabilize data and can perform measurement at an arbitrary set temperature. [Structure] A temperature sensor 4 for measuring the temperature of a constituent member 3 of a measurement sample chamber 1 and an expansion chamber 2, a heat exchanger 5 directly attached to the constituent member 3 and capable of absorbing and generating heat, and a temperature sensor. A temperature adjusting circuit 8 for maintaining the temperature of the constituent members 3 of the chambers 1 and 2 at a set temperature by inputting the output of 4 to drive the heat exchanger 5 is provided.
