abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] Modified polyphenylene ether resin composition containing the following (a) and (b): (a) 100 parts by weight of polyphenylene ether (PPE); (b) General formula (I) [Wherein at least one of R 1 , R 2 and R 3 is General formula (II): (In the formula, Q 1 and Q 2 are each a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, n and m are each an integer of 1 to 6, and at least a group represented by the general formula (III): (In the formula, T is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, p is an integer of 1 to 6)], a glycidyl compound 0.0 1 to 10 parts by weight A thermoplastic resin composition further comprising the modified PPE resin composition and another thermoplastic resin. [Effect] The modified PPE resin composition described above does not have an irritating odor during production, has excellent compatibility with other thermoplastic resins, and forms a resin composition having excellent mechanical strength. |
