Furthermore, in the concrete aggregate mixture, the number of spherical particles having a diameter of 20 μm or more is 70% or more of the total number of particles, and the steelmaking converter dust (main constituents are FeO, Fe 2 O 3 , and metallic Fe). Alternatively, pellets formed by molding converter dust for steelmaking having a sphere-converted diameter of 50 μm or less may be combined.
