abstract (57) Abstract: OBJECTIVE carbon soot molecules in an excited state, a metal porphyrin complex and metal phthalocyanine complexes highly reactive gases and liquids using the reaction control method, apparatus and active oxygen in particular by these molecules in the manufacturing method and a device for, as well as the degradation method and equipment of hazardous substances. [Configuration] carbon soot molecules were excited by physicochemical methods of light irradiation or the like, a metal porphyrin complex, to produce active oxygen by contacting the metal phthalocyanine complex and an oxygen-containing gas. Further harmful substances by contacting a gas and a liquid containing, above activated acid Motoma other decomposes harmful substances by the direct reaction of these molecules in the excited state.
