(57) [Summary] [Object] An object of the present invention is to provide an imaging device capable of detecting and identifying an abnormal tissue region in a body by utilizing the intensity of tissue autofluorescence. The imaging device includes a light source (1) that emits excitation light including a plurality of wavelengths that generate unique autofluorescence of normal tissue and abnormal tissue, and the light from the light source is applied to the tissue by a light guide. Generates fluorescence. The auto-fluorescence is focused by the imaging bundle (2), and the filter causes a spectral band in which the auto-fluorescence intensity of abnormal tissue is substantially different from the auto-fluorescence intensity of normal tissue, and the auto-fluorescence intensity of abnormal tissue is auto-fluorescence of normal tissue. Each is filtered into a spectral band that is substantially equal to the intensity. The filtered autofluorescence is blocked by an optical mechanism to form at least two filtered autofluorescence images of the tissue, and the obtained autofluorescence images are colored so as to distinguish normal tissue from abnormal tissue. Displayed on monitor (5). |
