abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] In a heat-seal connector for connecting a PCB and an LCD, even if an insulating film is present on the connecting electrode, Provided is a connection structure capable of stable electrical connection. [Constitution] The conductive particles contained in the anisotropic conductive adhesive used for the heat seal connector are formed of carbon particles, and a large number of protrusions are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the carbon particles, and the protrusions form electrodes. When the spaces are pressure-bonded to each other, the insulating thin film formed on the connection electrode is pierced to establish an electrical connection.
