titleOfInvention Thermal indicator
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] An object of the present invention is to provide a heat sensitive indicator for low temperature monitoring, which can be stored in a stable condition even at room temperature, has a simple mechanism for setting a predetermined monitoring state, and has high accuracy. [Structure] A colored thermofusible substance 3 is housed in an inner concave portion of a projection 1 formed of a film which can be depressed by an external pressure such as finger pressure, and an opening of the concave portion is a thin lid 9 which can be destroyed by the pressure. Is blocked by. An absorber 7 that can penetrate the melt of the colored heat-meltable substance 3 is arranged on the outer side of the recess via the thin lid 9. A pattern 10 is drawn on the surface of the absorber 7 with ink that repels the melt of the colored heat-fusible substance 3. The colored heat-fusible substance 3 is carried on the carrier 5 and is housed in the inner concave portion of the protrusion 1. Further, the carrier 5 may be arranged on the absorber 7 outside the thin opening 9 of the opening of the recess and inside the hollow ring 11 that forms a space below the recess. Pressure is applied to the protrusions 1 to break the thin lid 9, and the colored heat-meltable substance 3 absorbed by the carrier 5 is dropped onto the absorber 7. After that, the colored heat-fusible substance 3 solidified by the temperature rise is melted and permeates the absorber 7.
