titleOfInvention | Aluminum alloy foil for electrolytic capacitor anode |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide an aluminum alloy foil for an electrolytic capacitor anode, which is capable of obtaining an anode foil having excellent etching characteristics and high capacitance. [Composition] This aluminum alloy foil is Mg 0.0003 ~ 0.02 % By weight, Zn 0.0005 to 0.02% by weight, Cu 0.007% by weight or less, T i 0.001 wt% or less, Ni 0.002 wt% or less, Al 99.9 wt% It is composed of the above and inevitable impurities. In this aluminum alloy foil, Mg was unevenly distributed at a concentration of 0.2 to 20% by weight in the surface layer portion from the surface to a depth of 0.1 μm, and Mg was 0.0001 to 0.01 in the inner layer portion outside the surface layer portion. It is preferable that the solid solution is 8% by weight. Also, The concentration of Mg in the oxide film formed on the surface of the aluminum alloy foil is preferably 0.1 to 10% by weight. The thickness of the oxide film is preferably 0.003 to 0.02 μm. Also, The cubic orientation ratio of the aluminum alloy foil is preferably 80% or more. |
