titleOfInvention | Fluorine-containing elastomer vulcanizable composition |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] An object of the present invention is to provide a vulcanizate having excellent tensile properties, heat resistance, oil resistance, sealability at high temperature, etc., which are equivalent to those of conventionally known fluoroelastomer vulcanizates. Not only is it possible, but also the mold releasability of the molded product during vulcanization molding, Physical properties of the vulcanizate obtained, such as compression set of the obtained vulcanizate, fluidity and roll workability during vulcanization, and molding workability during vulcanization, especially injection molding. It is an object of the present invention to provide a fluorine-containing elastomer vulcanizable composition that is significantly improved. [Structure] (a) vulcanizable fluorinated elastomer; (b) polyol vulcanizing agent containing a polyol compound as a crosslinking agent; and (c) formula: R α NH β (I) (R is an alkyl group, α Is an integer of 1 to 3, and β is 3-α). A fluorine-containing elastomer vulcanizable composition comprising an aliphatic amine compound. |
