[Composition] Biodegradable thermoplastic resin 40 to 70% by weight A foam comprising a base resin of a mixed resin of 60 to 30% by weight of a microbial non-decomposable thermoplastic resin, wherein the bubbles constituting the foam have an average film thickness of 1 to 100 μm and an apparent density of 0. It should be 0.5 g / cm 3 or less. The melt kneading of the mixed resin immediately before the injection of the foaming agent is represented by the formula 0.6 ≦ η (B) / η (A) ≦ 1.5 (where, η (A) is the melting temperature just before the injection of the foaming agent.
