titleOfInvention | Photo-crosslinked polyester resin molding |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A resin (A) containing a saturated polyester as a main component, a cationically polymerizable compound (B) containing an epoxy resin having two or more oxysilane rings in one molecule as a main component, and by irradiation with ultraviolet rays. It comprises a photopolymerization initiator (C) and a reinforcing material (D) of the above-mentioned cationically polymerizable compound which releases a Lewis acid catalyst, and (B) is 5 to 50 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of (A), (C ) Is 0.01 to 20 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of (B), and (D) is 5 to 150 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight as a total of (A), (B) and (C). A photocrosslinked polyester-based resin molded article, which is obtained by forming the compounded composition into a molded article, and irradiating a part of the surface of the molded article with ultraviolet rays for photocrosslinking. [Effect] A molded product with dramatically improved wear resistance without lowering mechanical strength, which is effectively used as a high-strength sliding material. |
