titleOfInvention | Cryostat precooler for superfluid helium |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To improve the heat exchange efficiency of the precooler of the cryostat for superfluid helium. A heat transfer plate laminate 18 in which a plurality of heat transfer plates 16 in which copper plates 20 and 21 are arranged above and below a heat insulating layer 19 are vertically stacked with a space therebetween, and 16 heat transfer plates Partition members 22 and 23 for partitioning the space between them into an inner peripheral space 24 and an outer peripheral annular space 25, and an inner peripheral space 24 of 16 layers of each heat transfer plate. The helium gas flow path 36 having the through holes 35 that vertically communicate with each other in the inner peripheral space 24 and the outer peripheral annular space 25 at the same position in the vertical direction of the outer peripheral annular space 25 of each heat transfer plate 16 layer. 25 is provided in the radial direction to partition the heat insulating partition wall, and upper and lower heat transfer plates 16 layers alternately form liquid flow down ports 33, 33 on one side and the other side sandwiching the heat insulating partition wall, and liquid helium 3 is on the outer peripheral portion. A liquid helium flow path 34 is provided so as to flow downward from the top to the bottom while making a round of the annular space 25. |
