titleOfInvention | Method for producing whitening cosmetics and components thereof |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] The whitening cosmetic product of the present invention is characterized in that a glycoside of (+)-catechin is used as a main component of the cosmetic product. The method for producing a whitening cosmetic component of the present invention is a method in which 5,7,3 ′, 4 ′ positions of (+)-catechin are respectively acetylated and, in some cases, 3-position is trimethylsilylated, and a hydroxyl group is an acetyl group. And reacting it with a brominated or fluorinated sugar at the 1-position using various condensing agents, followed by deacetylation to obtain the glycoside of (+)-catechin shown in Chemical formula 1. Characterize. [Chemical 1] [Effect] According to the present invention, the yield is improved three times or more as compared with the conventional method, and the glycoside is successfully synthesized by introducing a method for fluorinating sugar to synthesize (+)-catechin glycoside. However, the yield was greatly improved. In addition, among the synthesized glycosides, tyrosinase inhibitory activity exceeding arbutin was recognized, and it is promising as a component of whitening cosmetics. |
