abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A light-weight facility for changing the contact part to cold and heat by contacting a tip member with the thermochromic layer such as toys, learning materials, and writing boards having a thermochromic layer formed on the surface. Provide a color changing tool. A thermoelectric conversion element 2 having a Peltier effect is used as a cold heat source, and a heat transfer member 4 is provided on the heat absorption side of the thermoelectric conversion element 2. The radiators 3 are closely arranged on the heat generation side, and are connected in series between the power supply battery 7 and the thermoelectric conversion element 2 via the resistor 6 so that they can be energized and operated.
