(57) [Summary] [Purpose] Protein disulfide isomerase (PD I) Provide expression of a gene and co-expression of the gene with a foreign gene encoding a useful polypeptide. The present invention relates to a method for producing PDI by incorporating a novel ligation gene consisting of a DNA encoding a human serum albumin prepro sequence and a human PDI gene into an expression vector, transforming a host cell, and expressing it. And a method for producing the polypeptide by co-expressing a transformant containing the linked gene capable of co-expression and a foreign gene encoding a useful polypeptide. [Effect] A large-scale production method of human PDI has been established, and co-expression with the human PDI gene in the same cell has made it possible to improve the production efficiency of useful polypeptides. |
