abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The present invention relates to an optical information processing device using a semiconductor laser, and is intended to realize small size, light weight, and low cost. [Structure] A semiconductor laser 21, an optical waveguide 2, and a LiTaO 3 substrate 22 on which a grating is formed are installed. The light from the semiconductor laser 21 enters the optical waveguide 2, Partial feedback by the grating causes oscillation at a stable wavelength. This light is collimated by the Fresnel lens 35, The Fresnel lens 36 collects light through the beam splitter 41. [Effect] The wavelength of the semiconductor laser does not change even if the current or the environmental temperature changes, and stable operation can be performed without aberration even when converging with a Fresnel lens. Cost reduction can be achieved.
