abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] It is an object of the present invention to provide a toner having good dispersibility of a colorant and having stable image characteristics. In a toner obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer mixture liquid containing at least a colorant such as carbon black, the maximum length of secondary aggregates of colorant particles dispersed in the toner is determined by the toner particles. By setting the diameter to 1/2 or less, the charging stability of the toner is improved, and the toner exhibits stable image characteristics even with continuous printing and environmental changes. |
