titleOfInvention Method for producing solid detergent
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] Production of a solid detergent in which a fatty acid is neutralized with an alkali metal salt or a fatty acid ester is saponified with an alkali metal salt, and further an anionic synthetic surfactant or an amphoteric surfactant is mixed. In the method, a method for producing a solid detergent comprising adding a solution of an alkali metal salt having a water content of 50% or more and an anionic synthetic surfactant or an amphoteric surfactant almost at the same time, and containing a fatty acid alkali metal salt in an amount of 30% or more. [Effect] It is possible to easily obtain a solid detergent in which swelling and dissolution collapse are significantly reduced during use.
