titleOfInvention Antibacterial agent
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The present invention provides an antibacterial agent showing much stronger antibacterial properties than conventional antibacterial agents focusing on the antibacterial properties of coix. [Structure] The antibacterial agent of the present invention is: 1) Water-soluble water soluble in a hydrophilic organic solvent, which is obtained by partitioning and extracting from adzuki bean sprouts obtained by dark culture of coix seeds using a hydrophilic organic solvent and a hydrophobic organic solvent. Non-lipid component, 2) an acidic component obtained by removing a water-soluble polymeric substance from the water-soluble non-lipid component, and then fractionating with an anion exchanger, or 3) from the water-soluble non-lipid component After removal of the water-soluble polymer, the aqueous layer separated with a hydrophobic organic solvent in an alkaline aqueous solution is further extracted with a hydrophobic organic solvent in an acidic aqueous solution. It is characterized in that the acidic component of is used as an active ingredient.
