(57) [Summary] [Structure] The pathogenic filamentous fungal ribosomal RNA gene (DNA) of Aspergillus or Penicillium is detected using the pathogenic filamentous fungal-specific primer pair represented by SEQ ID NOS: 1 and 2 in the Sequence Listing. A method for detecting a pathogenic filamentous fungus, comprising: a detection kit comprising the primer pair and a probe for detecting amplified DNA. [Effect] A highly sensitive method and kit for detecting pathogenic filamentous fungi in a sample are provided. |
