[Structure] 100 parts by weight of chloroprene, 20 to 200 parts by weight of 2,3-dichlorobutadiene, 0.5 to 20 parts by weight of ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid, and 1 to 10 parts by weight of a water-soluble polymer having a protective colloid action. A polychloroprene latex characterized by being emulsion-polymerized in the presence.
